A change of management has taken place at the top of BMTS Technology GmbH & Co. KG (BMTS), a leading global exhaust gas turbocharger manufacturer. The previous Chief Executive Officer (CEO), George Yang, resigned in late February. Mark Wehner becomes the sole Managing Director and global CEO, strengthening BMTS Technology since March 16, 2020.

Mark Wehner has many years of professional experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, he held responsible positions at Joyson Safety Systems, including the role of Executive Vice President for Global Integration and Technology, and for the gas generator and airbag textile businesses.

Sascha Beyer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at BMTS, also becomes Managing Director, authorized to represent BMTS together with Mark Wehner.

Having emerged from a joint venture between Robert Bosch and MAHLE, BMTS Technology has established an independent corporate structure in recent years and further expanded its position in the market. 

The company is growing profitably and is continuously expanding its global presence. The majority shareholder FountainVest is committed to BMTS Technology today and in the future.
