In order to attract new, motivated professionals, BMTS Technology visited the “VDI nachrichten Recruiting Tag” in Ludwigsburg on the 8^th of November 2018 - Germany's leading career fair for engineers. The one-day event, which takes place annually in the Forum am Schlosspark, is aimed primarily at job-seeking engineers, IT specialists and executives. Representatives from the HR department and the development team were on hand to answer questions about BMTS, the current job openings and career opportunities. In personal conversations, initial contacts were made and further questions could also be clarified.

The “VDI Recruiting Day” was a great success for BMTS, which resulted in numerous applications and a newly gained colleague. Further fair appearances in 2019 are already being planned due to the positive response.
