For our location in Shanghai we are looking for a:

Senior Quality Planner

Your tasks:

  • Execution of Process FMEAs
  • Maintenance of P-FMEA-KPI and continuous P-FMEA state reporting
  • Preparing documents for manufacturing  (control plans, test plans, test specifications, product/shipping audit report,  SPC- control charts, self inspection cards)
  • Maintaining IQ-RM system with tracking related actions to reduce RPN
  • Implementing measurement system analyses
  • Creating SPC control chart reports
  • Active cooperation within the QM team
  • Release of customer-PPAP and internal PPAP
  • Coordinate with customer projects to fulfill APQP requirements

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineer
  • IQ-RM Software, qs-STAT and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of quality management systems ISO TS ; QS 9000, VDA
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or BPS knowledge
  • Quality tools, included Measuring system analysis (MSA), Machine capability study (MFU), SPC
  • Communication skills and Self-management competence
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
  • Metal machining experience is preferred
  • At least 3 years experience of automotive industrial in quality function, knowledge of the product turbocharger is preferred
  • Willing to stay in Europe for up to three months of internal training
