Project Manager customer projects commercial vehicles (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Technical and commercial management of customer application projects in the commercial vehicle sector with a variety of links and interfaces, including coordination of project progress with customers, as well as cross-functional coordination and control of project progress
  • Professional management of internal and external employees in multi-site and cross-departmental project teams
  • Tracking project indicators "on time", "on spec", "on budget", "on cost" and "on profit"
  • Coordination of project tasks, including requirements management, configuration and change management
  • Execution of contract negotiations as well as presentation of technical and business contents at the customer
  • Support and cooperation in the acquisition of new projects
  • Budget and expense planning and tracking
  • Central contact person for all project matters in the company

Your profile:

  • Education: completed degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, business engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Experience: several years of professional experience in the automotive or supplier industry with profound knowledge of the product development process and project management are required
  • Know How: secure mastery of tasks in technical sales (project management with international OEMs) as well as in commercial sales (pricing), knowledge of contract law
  • Personality: team and communication capable, assertive and confident in appearance
  • Languages: excellent spoken and written English und German skills
