PLC Programmer

Your tasks:

  • Designing and developing control systems using programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other industrial automation technologies.
  • Collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure that control systems meet project specifications and safety requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining PLC software programs, ladder logic, and function block diagrams.
  • Debugging, testing, and troubleshooting control systems to ensure they function correctly.
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Documenting control system designs, software programs, and operating procedures.
  • Participating in the commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Providing technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation.
  • Adhering to safety and quality standards in all aspects of work.

Your profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in industrial automation and PLC programming
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable to work in fast paced environment with shifting priorities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
