Launch Coordinator

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact for projects from the C-sample phase to series production including the EOP process (aftermarket, OES, IAM)
  • Project responsibility on time, on spec, on money (own production costs) from D sample
  • Monitoring and ensuring the project milestones (on time)
  • Carrying out the final acceptance of an industrialization project (IPA / ILA) and the internal MAE handover
  • Organizing  and coordinating customer visits and audits (customer projects)
  • Coordination of change measures and changes at the customer's request, including evaluation and implementation
  • Accompany and support customer sample production incl. PPAP
  • Recording, evaluating, documenting and controlling changes
  • Organization and moderation of rounds of changes including control and monitoring of the resulting decisions
  • Initiation of suitable escalation measures in the case of project-endangering problems
  • Review and final processing of change requests
  • Interface management with the help of change management between the project participants to ensure the start of series production
  • New creation and modification of production parts lists in SAP
  • Coordination of change presentation sheets in the SE team and for PCO (Product Cost Optimization) measures
  • Coordinating and ensuring the implementation of internal change measures
  • Reporting for projects (internal / external)
  • Coordinating the first production test runs in preparation for the customer visit
  • Direct contact person according to the key account for the customer from the D sample phase
  • Support / management of the industrialization of the project on the series system at the respective responsible location
  • Timely reporting of capacity bottlenecks to MT Global (due to the long-term order situation) - Support MT Global with module occupancy planning
  • Triggering adjustments in the PFMEA (incorporation of lessons learned and updates)
  • Support in updating the FEK calculation (together with controlling)

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training school (technical college) or technical university degree, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering, systems engineering, production engineering, industrial mechanical engineering or foreman training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of English language
  • SAP Knowledge
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work in teams and coordinate multiple teams
