For our location in Novi Sad we are looking for a:

Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your tasks:

  • Participation in development, design and implementation of a global Talent Management strategy
  • Strategic contact for executives and HR business partners regarding target group analysis, approaching possibilities and recruiting channels
  • Development and implementation of a global recruiting strategy
  • Support in the optimization, digitalization and global strategic alignment of recruiting and the development of creative solutions for active sourcing
  • Active contribution in the optimization of existing recruiting processes as well as the establishment and expansion of suitable recruiting channels
  • Monitoring and analysis of the global labor and candidate market as well as the recruiting portals
  • Development and implementation of selection and assessment procedures and search strategies, together with onboarding and off boarding procedures
  • Recruiting of management and specialist candidates
  • Manage recruiting projects from end-to-end
  • Design and alignment of the international personnel marketing and employer branding strategy

Your profile:

  • At least VI degree in the field of social sciences and humanities
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in international recruitment of specialists and managers, experience in active search and innovative employment channels, excellent experience in implementing targeted candidate search initiatives, strategic approach to recruitment
  • Technical knowledge: knowledge of service providers and labor market, negotiation skills, good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Method of work: communicative, confident performance, conceptual and analytical way of thinking
  • Personality: organized, creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Language: Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages ​​would be an advantage (eg German, Chinese / Mandarin)
