Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Cooperation with the Team Leader and operators in the correct and efficient takeover and launch, continuity of production shift, redistribution of production priorities
  • Supervision of discipline, order and respect for the principles of EHS (call to account)
  • Cooperation in the preparation of production plans
  • Manages the flow of information related to the implementation of production plans.
  • Controls the development of production plans and analyzes material deficiencies (consumption, material prices, routing) responsible for material differences arising as a result of errors in the report
  • Monitors production indicators, in case of exceeding initiates meetings at which the problem will be solved and supervises the implementation of the work plan.
  • Prepares production reports
  • Initiates and supervises corrective and preventive activities
  • Responsible for optimizing the production process, the number of pieces in the process, constant flow
  • Performing activities aimed at minimizing the amount of production waste
  • Cooperation with process technicians in the field of planning, providing access and making inspections and cleaning of tools, etc.
  • Prevention of risk situations (safety, quality, work efficiency) that affect the production process.
  • Coordinates the work of maintenance, quality and other technicians during the shift
  • Organizes regular meetings with the team, meetings after complaints or after accidents
  • Initiates scrap meetings with process quality engineers and process technicians every week.
  • Supervises the work of his subordinate operators, organizes the training and rest plan, supervises and organizes the relocation of operators by jobs, maintains work discipline. In case of problems, he initiates meetings with operators on the topic of discipline.
  • Provides the necessary information related to employee training, reward indicators.
  • Conducts periodic evaluation of his subordinate team of leaders and operators.
  • Undertaking activities that are in line with the process of permanent improvement (proposing training, reducing the amount of waste (etc.); anticipating and preventing potential problems).
  • Raising awareness and encouraging subordinate workers to submit proposals for improvement.
  • Transmitting feedback in the area of ​​proposed improvements to their authors

Ihr Profil:

  • At least a IV degree of education of technical direction
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing companies with automated assembly and production processes 
  • High level of quality awareness
  • Experience in coordinating team and transfer knowledge by training other employees
  • In-depth knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics advantageous
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of English language and MC Office
